Every project starts with an agreed scope. Please review these points before approving a quote or making a payment.
Scope & approval
Output formats, dimensions, production requirements, price, schedule and revision terms are confirmed by email before production. Tell us about any special machine, software, fabric or printing requirements when you submit your brief.
Artwork & usage rights
Send artwork that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for obtaining permissions for logos, designs, fonts and other supplied material. Review the agreed specification before approving work.
Payment & project changes
Pay the exact quoted amount and currency and include your quote reference. The studio checks the PayPal transaction before confirming payment and production. Contact the studio to discuss changes, cancellations or refunds; arrangements depend on the agreed project terms.
Delivery & production review
Completed files are delivered by email or an agreed transfer method. Check your delivery against the approved brief, retain your own copies, and raise any questions with the studio. For embroidery, arrange a test sew-out on your intended material before a production run.
