Artwork / VOLIKES CREATIVE

Artwork preparation starts with a clear brief.

Artwork preparation connects the source design to its next use. Whether you need a stitch file, a reconstructed logo or graphics for a print provider, the most useful starting point is a clear reference and a defined production requirement.

Choose the best starting file

Original editable artwork is helpful, but a clear reference can also support a review. Send the best available version rather than a compressed screenshot when possible. Keep a copy of your source and supply any linked assets needed to understand it.

State what the artwork must do

Tell us whether the design is for embroidery, screen printing, signage, packaging or digital display. Specify dimensions and placement. A file prepared for one process may need different artwork treatment for another. Availability for your particular request is confirmed in the quote.

Make approval criteria clear

List the exact wording, brand colours, required file types and any changes. Include a printer or decorator specification if you have one. Define whether fonts, layers, editable paths, native source files or previews are part of the requested handover.

Keep the handover practical

Upload your original artwork to the project form, up to 25 MB total per submission. The original files are emailed as attachments. Scope, price, schedule and delivery are confirmed by email before production; no website account is needed.
